Mark is absolutely a cut above all other sales people that I have worked with in my 40 years of buying cars. He is highly professional, completely honest, and demonstrated an ability to listen to and ide that I have worked with in my 40 years of buying cars. His complete knowledge of the Acura line allowed him to match us with the model and options that are a perfect fit for us. He went out of his way to get us the best deal and then surprised us after delivery with a restaurant gift certificate in addition to a snow brush (During delivery we mentioned that with a new car we should invest in a new snow brush -- Mark beat us to it). Since delivery he has checked in a couple times to make sure everything on the car was working correctly, how we liked the car and to see if we had any questions about how everything works. Mark made our entire sales experience outstanding! More

I was primarily looking for reliable used car at a fair price. A long-time friend referred me to Mark Schller at Buerkle Acura. I told him my requirements and in a couple of days he showed me a nice low- price. A long-time friend referred me to Mark Schller at Buerkle Acura. I told him my requirements and in a couple of days he showed me a nice low-mileage Acura TL that was BELOW Kelley Blue Book price and at the LOW end of the budget range I had given him. After owning it for a few days, the “Check Engine” light came on and I had a driver’s window glass claim from vandalism. Ultimately, the “Check Engine” light meant the car needed a new catalytic converter which Buerkle took care of at their expense. The factory glass had to be ordered from out of state, so that repair took a few days. Mark Schiller kept me regularly appraised of the status of that repair and I was offered a 2012 Acura TL as a loaner in the mean time. Bottom line? NO SIGNIFICANT interruption to my lifestyle. Above and beyond to both Mark Schiller and Buerkle for their customer service. This is the way car buying and owing should be. More

Sandy Nobbe was quick, to the point, not alot of haggling, and done deal!! And then I loved working with the credit manager. There was no pressure at all. We have purchased 2 new vehicles from Buerkle Acura through Mark Schiller. Recently, we purchased our 3rd, again with Mark. Our first, an 11 year old TL is rapidly approaching 200,00 miles and is still through Mark Schiller. Recently, we purchased our 3rd, again with Mark. Our first, an 11 year old TL is rapidly approaching 200,00 miles and is still a pleasure to drive. We also have our vehicles serviced at Buerkle. As others have said, Mark is a "go-to" guy and both Mark and the Buerkle dealership are great to work with. More
