He went out of his way to get us the best deal and then surprised us after delivery with a restaurant gift certificate in addition to a snow brush (During delivery we mentioned that with a new car we should invest in a new snow brush -- Mark beat us to it). Since delivery he has checked in a couple times to make sure everything on the car was working correctly, how we liked the car and to see if we had any questions about how everything works.
