AJ explained that the vehicle would not be available until early to mid August as it needed to be built! I never had to follow up with AJ on the status of the vehicle--he either called us or sent us an email on a weekly basis. On the day we picked up the RDX, AJ took the time to review the amazing technology this vehicle offers! He provided excellent customer service! From the moment I showed up, Andy was very pleasant and respectful. He didn't pressure nor did he xx me. He was truthful about never having been in the car I was looking at yet very knowledged in what to e respectful. He didn't pressure nor did he xx me. He took the time to make sure and tell me what things to look for while test driving a vehicle (I had prior knowledge, but still nice to know someone was looking out for me) There was a scratch on the trunk lid that he suggested to me he could touch up, I didn't even have to ask. While he was taking some information and doing some vehicle history checks and Buerkle's inspection sheet look up, he qas quick to offer water, soda, coffee, etc. After working with Andy, I got sent to John for all the finalizing. He was very friendly and informative. I thank him for allowing me to have my updated insurance sent to his fax so I could leave the lot with proof of it. The only slight complaint I may have was price. I would have liked to have it been a bit less for some of the things wrong with it (broke tail light, front fender isn't affixed properly, missing rear tow cover, etc) Otherwise the entire experience went very well More

I really like that he gave me honest recommendations and let me know the cars history. I felt very at ease with Gary as my car salesman. He was very professional but still made the experience fun and pleasant. I really liked that I did not feel pressured into buying a car and really took time to be sure I was going to get a car I really like and suited me and my long term needs. That was probably the most important and unexpected trait about Gary for me. He was as invested in the car as I was; he made sure I was thinking about the future and not just the present. All in all I was extremely happy with the dealership itself, Gary as my salesman, and the car I purchased. I was so happy my cheeks actually hurt the next day from smiling so much! Dan is very knowledgeable of all the Acura vehicles, thorough, courteous, patient (it took us a while to make decisions the first time around) and not pushy. He gets the job done -- done efficiently and done well, from start to finish and beyond! Dan made sure my MDX was all set up just the way I like it, gave me personal step by step instructions on using all the features my MDX offers and has even been my 'go-to man' when I can't figure something out long after I've left the dealer with my vehicle. He has taken many calls from me, willingly and cheerfully! As I mentioned, this is our second Acura and we couldn't be more thrilled as our experience has been outstanding since we have been doing business here.
