I was searching for a used car and had my search narrowed down to two: Honda Accord and Nissan Altima. I did a search on Yahoo Autos and I saw that Acura had the most beautiful 2011 Honda Accord I had found down to two: Honda Accord and Nissan Altima. I went to the dealership with my husband and met Andy Phan almost immediately upon arrival. I told him what car I was interested in and in less than 5 minutes the car was pulled up to the door waiting for a test drive. Andy was very friendly and didn't pressure us at all. He understood we were just "doing our homework" on the two types of cars before we thought seriously about purchasing. Because of Andy's great customer service, we went back a week later and bought the car...and I have been loving it ever since! Thanks to Andy and the Acura service staff for a great car-buying experience! More

The Acura's have the best true cost to own, the highest resale value, and the most luxury and technology for your money you will find. Sara has class and style and she knows what is worth the money. This is the second MDX I purchased from Mark S, for good reason. The vehicle is very well made, performs well and holds its value. The dealer is easy to deal with, and service charges are reasonable. AJ was as visible as necessary for a sales person - this is not a negative comment at all. He was never in your face and was very helpful in seeing that I experienced the vehicles I had an interest in. The is not a negative comment at all. The price I paid was not exceptional - excuses by the sales manager that this was the only stick ILX..., I suspect that Acura, in general, will not deal much. Their volume is going to be lower than a comparable Honda dealer, so they need to get their dollars somewhere. Which brings up the financing and accessories discussion - I cannot complain whatsoever about the financing - but I really have had enough of the add-ons - the extended warranty of over 2200 bucks is outrageous - so why would I even consider that? That's 8% of the sticker. If the electronics fail - most likely during the early life of the car - at least in today's technologies - and it is not an Audi which is notorious for electronic issues. Five days after the purchase - temps were low and the air pressure light came on. I filled all the tires back to recommended pressure and now I will see if the warning goes out - The cold lowered the tires down to 26-27 psi, so I am not entirely surprised that this happened - just waiting to see if the warning goes away now that the pressure is back up. As far as the car is concerned - too bad the last gear in the 6-speed is not a little more mpg friendly for the highway - they could have done that easily. The gas tank is a little on the small side - even with a highway 30-31 mpg, 13.6 gallons is not going to get you any reasonable distance between fills. Summary - the dealership is OK, salesperson was great, car is so-so. Will have to see how the service department is come the need. More

Last weekend, I bought a 2008 Acura MDX at Buerkle Acura. I usually don't fill out these rating sites, but I was really impress with Andy Phan, the pre-owned salesperson. About 4 months ago, I met Andy when I was just looking at buying a different vehicle and last weekend when I went back, Andy remembered me and remembered what I was looking at buying. Andy was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the vehicles that they had on their lot and he did not pressure me at all to buy a vehicle. Buying from Andy was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. In addition, the man that helped me in the finance departments did a great job. My overall experience was excellent and I am definitely going to recommend Andy Phan and Buerkle Acura to my friends. More
