We have a good history with Buekle Acura, having leased and/or purchased several cars through them. The whole staff is friendly and accomodating but in particular, Mark Schiller has always gone out of his and/or purchased several cars through them. While shopping online I found an used SUV I really liked. It was at Buerkle Acura so I called them and setup an appt. with the guy that answered the phone. It was Dennis Andrews. Dennis was excellent at listening to what I was looking for and what features were most important to me. He gave me a lot of car history and service information (which I crave) and let me feel free to get to know the car on my own schedule. That car was close but I wanted something with better handling. Before I knew it - Dennis had pulled out another SUV for me to look at. It was a great find and I was able to just wander over and continue my research. Another test drive or two later and a few calls to the wife, I had made my decision. Dennis worked in a calm and collaborative way that made my shopping experience very stress-free. We bought the used MDX and we are very happy with it and our experience with Dennis! Buerkle Acura also gets high marks from us. The car preparation was excellent! They also seem to understand value and fairness in the pricing of the vehicles. I will return to them when we are seeking our next auto purchase. More
