After already owning a 2008 TL and MDX there was no doubt when we purchased another vehicle that it would be an Acura. Once we ordered out 2014 RDX he was in communication with us as to its whereabouts and when we could take delivery at our earliest convenience. We even accommodated his schedule so he could be the one there on delivery day. Joe took the time to answer questions about the vehicle and get us all set up before we left the lot. If Joe didn't have an answer, he did not hesitate to find someone who did. It was a learning process for all of us. The follow up phone calls have been great to answer any questions once we got the vehicle home. Jeff Brock was very attentive and conscientious.
