My parents bought an Acura MDX from this dealer in 2004. The MDX was handed down to me when I went off to college in 2009. During the test drive he made sure that he covered all aspects of the vehicle while concentrating on those he knew were most important to me. Since then I've visited a couple of times to have accessories added. Each time Mark was available at the appointed time and handled the visit from beginning to end efficiently. I will continue to deal with Mark and Buerkle because they do what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it.
