We love our 2017 MDX and c My wife and I recently purchased our 6th Acura from Buerkle Acura. Our relationship with Buerkle Acura goes back to 1989. We love our 2017 MDX and could not be happier with the Buerkle Acura team over the years. The people at Buerkle Acura are what make the difference in the automobile purchasing experience. It starts with a purchase process which is very simple 1) assist in determining your needs, 2) demonstrate the product, 3) offer a fair purchase price and 4) process the paper work very efficiently so that it does not tie up a lot of your time. This is all done in a very low pressured environment which is not typical in the automobile industry. We purchased our current MDX from Mark Schiller who is extremely knowledgeable on the Acura product line and also has a very good understanding of the competitor’s products. He epitomizes the term “customer service” and always follows up with you to make certain your new purchase is meeting your expectations. When we bring our Acura in for service we get the same level of customer service from the Buerkle Acura service team. We highly recommend Buerkle Acura! More

Great car-buying experience! My wife and I had a plan to visit 3 dealerships last Friday. We had done a great deal of research and narrowed our search for my new car to a few different options. We randomly chose to begin at Buerkle Acura on Brooklyn Park, and we're very glad we did. We walked right into Andy Phan upon entering. We told him what we wanted to see and he walked us to a few beautiful options with a broad range of pricing. They all seemed to be high-quality options at fair prices. It was obvious Andy was well-prepared with a high level of knowledge of their stock and the marketplace in general. We arrived in the mid-afternoon, and just a few hours later drove out with great new car....all before 6pm! Andy and Chris were terrific to work with, and we were made to feel comfortable and relaxed at all times. We would definitely recommend Andy Phan and Buerkle Acura to everyone. More

Rick was an honest and informative salesman who helped us find the cars that we wanted. He first helped us purchase a CPO 2014 Acura RDX and then later that week helped us lease a 2017 Acura TLX. He made sure we had all of the information we needed and kept us at ease throughout the entire process. Best car guy we have ever worked with. Genuine interest in my vehicle needs I was in the market for a used car and was shopping around on the Buerkle Automotive website. I had a few vehicles in mind and was referred to Mark S I was in the market for a used car and was shopping around on the Buerkle Automotive website. I had a few vehicles in mind and was referred to Mark S by another salesman at a different Buerkle location. I was able to meet with Mark at a time when it was convenient for me. He showed me the type of vehicles that I was interested and I was very pleased with the experience. Mark was very genuine and caring, and more than happy to give me my personal space so as to not feel pressured. I ended up purchasing a used vehicle from a different Buerkle dealership but was so pleased with my experience with Mark at Buerkle Acura that I wanted to share my experience for future customers.
