Just be carefull when you get to sign the papers. I went there last month on 12-2017 to check an used Acura, then later I asked about a brand new ILX. They showed me a list with several options and on I went there last month on 12-2017 to check an used Acura, then later I asked about a brand new ILX. They showed me a list with several options and one was on display almost loaded, I asked the manager several time if that was the car we were talking about and he insisted yes I asked about the extras; like the 3m films and the rubber-mats, again he insisted I would not be charged for those that it was the price that was on the list. My car was taken for evaluation, and about 3 ours later all my paper work was very much done, and me all happy about my new car. When it was time to sign the purchase, I was told that there was a mistake that this car was $2000. more than what we were talking about. That's what I call unethical business on purpose or by mistake. By that time I was so tired and anxious to get out with my new car that I just signed it. Yes it was still a good deal lower than the other places. I just don think it was right what they did. The salesperson was a really nice and professional person. That's why I didn't give less stars. About the car? getting out from the dealer I got several warnings, tires pressure low and low remote battery. Not good, a trip to find air and to get remotes batteries and to learn how to replace them or a trip to the dealer. More

Old Timer Buys MDX I have been buying cars for over 50 years, and this has been the easiest, simplest new car transaction I have ever had. I am from out of town and had I have been buying cars for over 50 years, and this has been the easiest, simplest new car transaction I have ever had. I am from out of town and had never heard of Buerkle Acura. I stumbled across it as an alternative to a frustrating negotiation that I was having with another Twin Cities Acura dealer. I called Buerkle. We closed a deal over the phone, in five minutes flat, agreeing to a price on a closeout 2017 that was fair to both parties and far below the other dealer’s price. I don’t like closings on cars, due to up-selling pressure for things that I don’t necessarily need, and there was none of it here. The sales rep was Kelly, and she was the first rep I have ever encountered who understood how all of the details of the car actually work, including the electronics(!). AJ was the sales manager. He told me that the dealership was straightforward in their dealings, and they were. Many thanks to Kelly and AJ for their professionalism and helpfulness! I will return to Buerkle in the future. More

Andy Phan was extremely patient with me as he reviewed the car and I asked millions of questions and debated back and forth between options and cars. Once I decided on the car to purchase the team did a great job of wrapping up all the necessary paperwork and detailing/filling the car with gas to ensure I was on my way. Definitely the fastest I've wrapped up a car purchase in the past. Andy and the team went above and beyond to help me and I would definitely come back to this dealership and Andy to purchase a car in the future! More
