I was initially assisted by Ed, who set up an appointment with Channy. Both of them were great! They made me feel very comfortable and trusting more like a friend than a salesperson. The personal touches on the whole process was outstanding! They were friendly, personable, professional but mostly straight forward and honest! Such great integrity and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Channy for all your purchase/lease needs and Ed to set you up with the right person (I recommend Channy). I was happy with the communication between Augustin and myself and since I live 100 miles away, he delivered the car to me after verifying that the car did not have any major scratches. I received the car myself and since I live 100 miles away, he delivered the car to me after verifying that the car did not have any major scratches. I received the car and was happy UNTIL it got it’s first wash…..three extremely ugly scratches appeared on the hood. I looked back at the original pictures he had sent me and noticed something on the hood but it looked like a glare on the picture. This Honda dealership clearly had covered the scratches for me not being able to see them until after it being washed. I have contacted the dealership and so far I’m being ignored. I will update this review if anything will be done in the near future. In the meantime, I would stay away from this dealership. More
