Was in the market for a new vehicle and heard good things about Buena Park Honda. Inquired about a vehicle though their online sales and received a quick reply from Channy with a great price. Made an appoi about Buena Park Honda. Inquired about a vehicle though their online sales and received a quick reply from Channy with a great price. Made an appointment that day to see the vehicle and she had it waiting for me right in the front. Jumped in and took a test drive, came back, signed all the paperwork and purchased the vehicle. She even was kind enough to drop the vehicle off at my home. The lack of pressure with clear and transparent pricing made this the easiest car purchase ever. Probably the quickest too. Highly recommend Buena Park Honda. More

This dealer is the worst dealer I’ve ever done business at. The managers treat you as if you don’t know anything and think you are incompetent of understanding how buying a car works. Specifically, Mr. St at. The managers treat you as if you don’t know anything and think you are incompetent of understanding how buying a car works. Specifically, Mr. Steve Choi. Never had I been disrespected by someone who should be trying to earn your business in a respectful manner like here before. It was so bad, that I had to receive phone calls from other workers apologizing on his end. The experience at this dealer goes beyond just this man’s behavior, they get very angry that you aren’t letting them scam you and know what you’re doing. I would never recommend buying a vehicle at this dealer to anyone. At the end of the day I walked out of there with the paperwork I needed, but the experience felt like a complete nightmare. More
