Extremely Satisfied I came all the way from San Diego looking for a used 2016 Honda Accord Sport with low miles. I couldn't have been more happier. Unfortunately, my spare key wasn't programmed, and when I let Joe know, he was very apologetic and took care of the issue. Since I live almost two (2) hours away from Buena Park, Joe made arrangements with a San Diego Honda dealership (Sonic Automotive Store), and also took care of the cost. Excellent customer service! It was ok I guess Service advisor was nice, Eddie Lopez. All the work was done as I asked. They did everything. Because I've had issue after issue with my Honda, the team at BP Honda have remembered my face and my name as well. There is something rare when one remembers you and greets you with a warm welcome.
