And then he and his boss convinced Honda Corporate to take responsibility for the repair since we had first raised the issue prior to our warranty expiring and that we were three-time Honda buyers. The cause was unknown but the technicians, Joanne (my service advisor), and her General Manager were beyond proactive on delivering solutions to this dilemma and taking care of my rental. Things come up, and man they are busy, but their whole slogan of “Helpful Honda. . .” and then also wanting to place my needs as a priority really pushed this dealership to my number one Honda dealer and experience ever! Joanne was highly attentive, professional, comedic, and simply made this experience 20 times easier.
