I've only utilized Buena Park Honda service in the past as all my maintenance on my two CRVs have only been with this dealership. I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. Started discussing with them 4 mon as all my maintenance on my two CRVs have only been with this dealership. I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. Started discussing with them 4 months ago, but I wasn't 100% sure. During that time they kept in touch, but weren't obnoxious about it. I spoke to other dealerships in the interim. Was finally ready and the entire process was done within the day that we agreed upon a price. Hazel was my salesperson and was most gracious and helpful.
