Writing a review isn't quite my thing, but after purchasing our new vehicle last Friday, the 3rd of July, my husband and I thought it's worth to shout Writing a review isn't quite my thing, but after purchasing our new vehicle last Friday, the 3rd of July, my husband and I thought it's worth to shout out Honda Buena Park(!), with of course special mention to Chris Escobar - very down to earth, he didn't come off aggressive or shady at all (like our past experience with other salesmen), and for such a young business man, he knows his stuff! Husband and I came in with a specific car in mind and he knows what's good. He walked super extra miles for the family's happiness and satisfaction. Overall I think we will come back and recommend anyone looking for a ride to hit up this joint. Highly recommended! Amazing people! Amazing customer service! Friendly staff. One moment that I did not appreciate was, while I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I overheard another person discussing what his insurance will cover or not. The service man was not ve while I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I overheard another person discussing what his insurance will cover or not. The service man was not very accommodating to the customer. He kept interrupting the customer and implying that Honda is not responsible for certain coverage. The client kept repeating the fact that the car was just purchased last November and he was already having certain issues with it. I feel that the service person should have been more understanding of the client's concerns. I did not get the service-man's name More
