Buena Park Honda Service Department This is my second and last time coming to this location—for an oil change or anything. A few months ago, I waited over 30 minutes for a service advisor with zero co and last time coming to this location—for an oil change or anything. A few months ago, I waited over 30 minutes for a service advisor with zero communication—so I left. I came back the following week, waited 15–20 minutes, and finally got the oil change I needed. Fast forward to 5/7/25—I returned again, hoping maybe things had improved. Nope. Same 30-minute wait, no acknowledgment, so I backed out and left again. Then today, 5/12/25, I gave it one last try. I waited 20 minutes, only to be skipped over by the porter, Jason, who ignored me and helped a woman who had just pulled in behind me. The next advisor came out and also went to her car first. At that point, I was too frustrated to say anything—I just needed to get the oil change done and move on. And to top it off? The same oil change that was $49 last week is now $59 today because the price “went up.” SMH. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is our 6th Honda. We’ve been loyal to the brand for years—so loyal that we’ve gotten to the point where we just purchase over the phone and walk straight into financing. That’s how much trust we had in the Honda experience. I’m officially done with Buena Park Honda. My time is valuable, and I work hard for my money. I want to spend it with businesses that respect their customers. I’ll gladly pay more elsewhere for better service and basic courtesy. Maybe the staff feel secure because Honda is a big name—but if this is how you treat customers, fewer and fewer people will be walking through those doors. More

Service here was outstanding. Not close to where I live but I’m glad I made the drive. Great selection of cars at this location.
