I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Honda dealership. My family and I walked in specifically asking for a 2026 Honda Odyssey, and we even test drove the 2026 model. We told the salesperson we wanted that same car in a different color, and at no point were we informed that the vehicle we were actually purchasing was a 2025 model instead. Only after signing all the paperwork and checking the VIN later did we discover it was a 2025, not a 2026. When I brought this up, the dealership’s response was dismissive—they claimed “there was never discussion of 2026,” even though that’s what we came in asking for and test drove. What’s worse is that they said the “deal is done” and “cannot be taken back” simply because we drove off the lot, despite the fact that we were never told or shown that the car was a 2025 before signing. This feels misleading and unprofessional, especially given how much trust and money are involved in buying a new vehicle. I would caution anyone purchasing here to double-check everything before signing—apparently, what you’re told and what you receive may not match. More

CJ did not pressure us nor mislead us like the other Honda dealer (I'll keep them anonymous). I also want to acknowledge Peter, the sales manager. He was professional and respectful during the sale process. Finally, I want to shout out Winston Wei. Who somehow managed to make the finance transaction enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

I inquired about a lease on the 25 Honda Prolouge. I received a message from Leilani inviting me to come in. I informed her I lived in Nevada & I had already driven and decided on the Prolouge but th I received a message from Leilani inviting me to come in. I informed her I lived in Nevada & I had already driven and decided on the Prolouge but that the trim level and color I wanted wasn't available in my area and that I just wanted numbers for a 24 or 36 month lease. She responded that we needed to schedule an appointment to come in. I again explained I do not live in California and I again asked her to send over lease figures to which she replied we needed to set an appointment for me to come in to see "if" I could qualify. I informed her I had excellent credit, no other debt besides a small mortgage etc & I make high six figure income so I wasn't worried about qualifying for a 2-3 year lease. I also let her know that if the lease figures were acceptable I would be happy to send the money and complete all the paperwork asap before coming down to pick up the vehicle. Almost 24 hours later I am still waiting and am not getting any response. Obviously she isn't interested in making a sale. I have purchased and leased many cars over the years online and in other states and I've never had any issues. I have been in sales & management for over 25 years so I understand how perspective clients/buyers should be treated. I will be giving my business to a dealership/salesperson who knows how to treat their customer and who actuallywants the sale. More
