TJ Gunn called me this morning to touch base about a car I was interested in. Although we didn't talk for very long and he did not make a sale, he did put me down for an appointment. I don't like car shopping at all, but his impeccable manners, professionalism, and all around easy to talk to way made me feel ready to buy a car from this guy. He was not at all pushy, he answered all my questions, and did everything he could to tell me what I needed to know.
