Very very knowledgeable! I came in not knowing what to expect. I did not expect to gain as much information about choice in vehicles as I did from Mr. Stinson! He definitely I came in not knowing what to expect. I did not expect to gain as much information about choice in vehicles as I did from Mr. Stinson! He definitely helped me figure out what car was best for me and how it would benefit me in the future! Every question I had, he had an answer! I wasn't pressured into purchasing any vehicle I did not want. He helped me make the best decision and for that I will return to Budget in the future for my children's first vehicle! No one even came out @ Columbus, Ga Been looking at buying a new vehicle for sometime. However, can’t seem to make myself go look. Well today I went and looked given this a local company Been looking at buying a new vehicle for sometime. However, can’t seem to make myself go look. Well today I went and looked given this a local company and always hear the advertisement on the radio. So I went today drove in parked my truck got out and walked over to the vehicles. Found the truck I wanted to look at and waited about 5 minutes. Nothing no one came out and even spoke to me. So as I was walking back to my truck to people where outside talking back and forth. Then one person was coming from what looked to be the rear of the building. Regardless of whom these individuals where. No one came out to assist me in looking at purchasing a vehicle. So I left and will go to union city ga next week and hopefully purchase a vehicle. Given this 2 stars for the simple fact that no one came out to assist. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone based off my experience today. I understand it’s hot outside. But your a sales person your suppose to look out for potential clients. Thanks More

Budget was the first place that I went for an appraisal on my trade in and they gave me the the most in a quote and when it came down to actually doing paperwork on a vehicle we picked out they gave us our exact payoff for my car which was more than we had agreed on originally. Kevin was great to work with and we ended up buying the car that he showed me 5 days prior and thought would be perfect for us. Everyone in the office was great about our toddler being there for the entire process and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and we're as happy as possible with the transaction.
