There was no pressure and no frills, just easy honest communication. When I had a problem (my fault) Tom even came to my house and resolved it quickly and later touched up scratches I had made. Granddaughter Surprise My husband and I have been looking for a reliable vehicle to give to our granddaughter for her High School graduation gift. All the people there were wonderful and understanding. Matt was so patient will us trying to figure out all the financing and insurance. They actually bought her clean vehicle in the showroom and hung her name on it. I called her asked her to me meet in Middletown to help me. When she walked into the showroom and saw her name on the Dodge Journey vehicle she started to cry.
