There was no pressure and no frills, just easy honest communication. When I had a problem (my fault) Tom even came to my house and resolved it quickly and later touched up scratches I had made. Granddaughter Surprise My husband and I have been looking for a reliable vehicle to give to our granddaughter for her High School graduation gift. They actually bought her clean vehicle in the showroom and hung her name on it. I called her asked her to me meet in Middletown to help me. When we walked in they ask what they could help us with and we told them we were interested in I would like to compliment on their friendly service. The girl at the front desk took a copy of our drivers license and gave us the keys to take the car for a drive. We loved the car and ended up buying it on the spot.
