We drove 3 hours to buy a car from Budget that we could not find locally. We had the good fortune to not only get the car we wanted, but were served by Kristen who made the whole experience seamless and s not find locally. I didn't get the owner's manual and hopefully that can be rectified, but that wasn't his fault. The case had other books in it, not the manual when we checked.
