When I went to pick up the vehicle, Kristen had all of my paperwork organized and ready to sign, the car had been freshly detailed, and had a full tank of gas. Kristen's depth of Toyota knowledge was unmatched and she was able to answer all of our questions, and give us further insight into the vehicle we purchased. This was the easiest car buying process I've experienced. Coming from out of state, I was able to complete the majority of the paperwork ahead of time and then just finalize everything when I could make it. The absolute worst dealership I have ever seen. Terrible customer experience. Non responsive sales people.
