I had an appointment at 7:30 and I asked Ray if I could also replace my headlight and he said yes I’ll get a price. I told him I needed to have it replaced regardless of price. About 9:35, he comes to the also replace my headlight and he said yes I’ll get a price. I told him I needed to have it replaced regardless of price. About 9:35, he comes to the waiting room to tell me the price but I thought he was coming to tell me my car was ready. That was another hour wait in the very COLD waiting room. More
