Friendly people I was able to get a car with a low down payment and credit score. But my car stopped the next day at a traffic light. I got a jump to it back. The gentleman at the service department looked at the car. The next week the car cut off again. I went to AutoZone they said it was the alternator. I took the car back a gentleman looked at the car . I picked the car up later a different gentleman told me that he did not find anything wrong with the alternator. I went to a shop and got the alternator replace also had a diagnostic test. There are three more things that need repairs. Why sell someone a car if you know something is wrong More

The service department appears to unorganized. They promised my car service (tire rotation) would be done in a hour. At one point, I was on hold for over 15 minutes until I hung up and called again. I called at least 10 times. This is bad for business!!! It's a bad idea to leave your customers in limbo. It makes them shop around for competitors. More

The communication here was abysmal. Never answered the phone, didn’t return messages. Went in person to check on the status, was told that I’d get a call with an update later that day. 2 days later and nothing. Finally went and retrieved the cat to take it somewhere else. I understood going on that, having only one EV tech, it could take a while. That wasn’t the issue. The issue was the complete lack of communication, and in the couple times I actually got to speak to someone, the lies and lack of a promised follow-up.Felt like my car was being held hostage. Will gladly take the car to a farther away service center to not have to deal with this again. More

Truly incompetent and unresponsive. I was told to bring my car in for a scheduled appointment and then was told i would have to wait for 6 weeks. What did your service department expect I was told to bring my car in for a scheduled appointment and then was told i would have to wait for 6 weeks. What did your service department expect me to do for 6 weeks? Why would they have me tow my car in if they couldn’t look at it? And because I towed it to buddy’s, it was a whole ordeal to get it towed somewhere else, which was not covered by my AAA membership. Truly awful experience. I will make sure everyone avoids them.
