After purchasing my car I asked for a gas voucher as the tank was less than a quarter full and I was told that they couldn’t fill the tank up. Then the next day I discovered that the windshield wiper fluid tank was less than a quarter full and I was told that they couldn’t fill the tank up. Then the next day I discovered that the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was empty as well. I know it’s a used car, but really!! That’s why the following week when my daughter was in the market for a vehicle I would not recommend Buddy Chevrolet. She went to another dealer and left with a full tank and a detailed car More

The service at Buddy Chevrolet was so tremendously poor that I had to contact the general manager to check on my car. After several days of having my car at the dealership it was not assessed by any of the that I had to contact the general manager to check on my car. After several days of having my car at the dealership it was not assessed by any of the mechanics. What I experienced was many many lies, telling me that I would be next up to have my car looked at, that my car trunk was flooded with water, then discovered after one week they could not work on my car to replace any parts, because my car is over 10 years old and they cannot replace parts that are new parts. They stated that any car over 10 years old have parts discontinued. I was able to get my car after a week sitting in the parking lot and was not charged to have my car released to me. I had my car towed to a neighboring mechanic shop who replaced the alternator after one day. I am very disappointed with Buddy Chevrolet's service, and unethical behaviors. More
