Took vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. Was charged $400 (over $100 more than quoted on the phone) and given no inspection report or detailed listing of work done. When inspection report was requested, I had to wait approx. 10 minutes to be given a falsified report stating that, among other things, the engine oil and fuel systems in my electric car were filled and in excellent condition. Complete waste of my time and money as I can't rely on anything that I was told about the condition of the car or the systems actually inspected. More

Bob the service Manager got involved.They work it out so I didn't have to have my Vehicle towed to the shop where the work was done. Because of individuals like Kevin and Bob.
