We have always been treated well at Budd Baer but this past Saturday I called to see if they could fit me in last minute because I was hearing a noise and we were going on a trip the following day. They past Saturday I called to see if they could fit me in last minute because I was hearing a noise and we were going on a trip the following day. They fit me in and the foreman, Mike MIller, went on a ride with me. Of course there was no noise then but he had an idea of what to check and put it up on the rack and found the problem and easily fixed it. He could not have been nicer or more professional. He fit me in during his lunch hour and seemed intent on figuring out the noise problem before my trip so I wouldn't have to worry. Bud Baer is lucky to have such an outstanding employee! More
Terrible Service and follow-up in Sept 2019 Left car for recall. It came back with other electronic not working. They called during first service because they left someone else’s keys in the c Left car for recall. It came back with other electronic not working. They called during first service because they left someone else’s keys in the car. Took it back to fix electronic that broke during recall fix and they didn’t get it fixed. Dropped off night before for Friday service and they didn’t call us, we had to call at days end to get update. We heard it was not fixed and we would get a call the next day. We did t get the call they said would happen by 9am. We called at 12 and they were closing for the rest of the weekend. They didn’t leave keys in car as directed and we had to go back and wait for the sales team to track down the service manager. Overall terrible experience, extremely poor service reaching out to communicate updates and the car is still not fixed. More
