She brought the vehicle I was interested in up to the front door. We went for a long thorough ride allowing me to get familiar with all the new options and ask all the questions that I had. She was very informative and had great knowledge of all the new innovations offered on the vehicle. I did not expect to take delivery of the truck that day since there were things I wanted added on such as spray on bed liner, chrome running boards, mud flaps, etc.; but she worked her magic and not only did she get me the price I wanted she made arrangements for me to have use of a loaner truck when the appointments were set up for the installs. So off I went with my new truck that night. We all get a little excited and impatient with delivey sometimes but they made things happen. I was impressed with not only the speed and quality of the workmanship of the installs, but also that my truck had a full tank of gas again as it did when I purchased it the week before. Not only did Lee treat me, well but so did the service dept including the valet attendant. I will enjoy my truck as much as I did the experience at the dealership. I reccomend everyone to consider Budd Baer for their next vehicle. More
