With the passage of time, he again came and reported that the first appointment was nearly done and my car would be next. I appreciated that because waiting seems forever. I have never had a service person keep me informed and that certainly made the required wait a lot easier. When I was called and advised my car was ready, Rick was right there and pointed out the position of my car as the express area was lined up and my car was hidden. I appreciated this personal touch as I had not experienced this in the past. Although all have been courteous it came across that it was all "business." ....Rick has my vote!!! More
