Good service and experience overall. My only issue is the salesman and finance guy told me at time of purchase that I could use a loaner car when dropping off for and experience overall. My only issue is the salesman and finance guy told me at time of purchase that I could use a loaner car when dropping off for service and auto butler, which obviously isn't true. They also said there is a courtesy shuttle that would take me back to S. Fayette, which also isn't true because I later found out it's only within a 10 mile radius. I wouldn't have purchased the auto butler because of the wait time had they been up front with me. Also, I couldn't find the key drop box so I had to come back with the key the next morning. Might not be a bad idea creating a sign indicating where it is. More
