Also, told me he was going to contact me a day after the sale. lol. “No contact” it’s depressing. Did get the car I wanted. In the color and trim. Minus the power seats, which was another bummer! Contracted her several times and always got a quick response. TJ was next. Also done an awesome job on interest rate and payments and a quick response. Answered any question I had quick and professional on the vehicle. Ray was last in finance. Another great guy. Went over all the paperwork and didn’t try to push anything on me I didn’t need. Not to mention I drove 3.5 hours to purchase this vehicle. Everything was ready to go when I got there. If on the market for a new or used vehicle look these people up. Very professional easy to talk to. Would definitely buy from them again. Great job More

I contacted Bud Baer GMC in early June about a vehicle on their website which was not available. I was instead referred to one that was on order. Due to the difficulties of finding new vehicle inventory, I their website which was not available. I was instead referred to one that was on order. Due to the difficulties of finding new vehicle inventory, I preliminarily worked out a deal on this vehicle that was ordered but not manufactured yet. To be sure that the vehicle was in my price range I was emailed a quote of the vehicle price and my trade in and calculated my payment. All checked out so I put a deposit down, to lock in the vehicle. After 2 months the vehicle arrived and I went to go pick it up and finalize the deal. This is where all the numbers changed from what I had in previous emails, they lowered my trade by $5,000, and it was not due to vehicle condition or miles. They said it was due to an error. They also increased the price of the new vehicle by ~$1,500 from what I was originally quoted. No reason given. The final issue was on the payment, which was much higher than what I was calculating. I am an accountant so I know about financing and leases and they could not tell me why their payment was so much different from what I was calculating. I knew it had to be the rate factor on the lease but they would not disclose what rate factor they were using. This was all without even running my credit, which I asked them to do to see if I could possibly get a lower rate factor. After a few discussions and getting nowhere, I told them that with all of this I could not move forward with the deal. This was very discouraging after waiting two months on the vehicle. Just a few minutes after this conversation I sent them a screen shot of my payment calculation and asked them to show me what was different between my calc and theirs and I was told the vehicle was already sold. I was told there were several people in line behind me for this vehicle. Which I think is the real reason they did not stand behind their original quote. More
