The desk agent recognized that I was panicked and had me pull in and came out to see what was going on with my car. There was a technician Mark with her and the listened to the noise I was hearing and assured me that they would handle it as quickly as possible. My vehicle was diagnosed, parts retrieved and installed in under 3hours!!! I expressed my appreciation and gratitude when I picked the car up.
