Initial contact and test drive were good. However, because of inclement weather and my unfamiliarity with roads in dealer's locale, I was an hour late returning to pick up the car. The deal, in my estimation, favored the dealer both in the selling price and the trade value, but, because I am not much of a bargainer, I accepted it. I understand the dealer is expecting to profit both ways and has no incentive or responsibility to improve the offer if the customer doesn't ask. This was a cash deal with a prepaid contract for undercoating to be done at an unspecified future date. Not having been contacted to schedule this work after what I felt to be a reasonable time, I called the agency finance officer to inquire. The service manager promptly made a return call and the work was done shortly thereafter. I appreciate the shuttle service, which saved me considerable inconvenience. More
