"if you do not buy a car today, I will throw you out of this dealership" Stan Manager for Bud Smail. Secondly, they gave me the Worst Trade IN Value for my current MB. The Manager Stan raked me over the coals on the price, and pressured me into a car I didn't even like. The sells person intentionally back the car into a parking spot so I would not know that the car DID NOT have a BACK UP CAM which I specific asked for...after I bought and drove the car off the lot and went to reverse the car OH NO BACK UP CAM xxx!!! Worst car buying experience in my life. The New Car purchased from Bud Smail has been into service over 3 time since date of purchase. The tire pressure lights are always on, the engine is sluggish, and the "gear selector lever" is a danger to myself and the general public. As a former Lexus owner and being in the luxury car market for over 12 years, this is no way anyone should be treated. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUD SMAIL. Friends and Buyers RUNAWAY before you get caught into their web of fraud! More

My first car I purchased over the phone and web was at Smail The sales staff and I kept a great open line of communication it was easy fast and seamless . Now let me tell you about the second vehicle I just purchased 10-2-14 . I sent the Mercedes internet sales an email about the C300 I was interested in and Vicki Lichtenfels reply was the car is here do you have any questions or concerns . We kept a line of communication throughout the whole process . The car was better then described the finance rate was the one I wanted the deal was what I wanted . . Only two days of owning the vehicle I know that my next car will be a Mercedes and my third car will be also. There are perks of owning high end and customer satisfaction is number one . You guys are top notch and even though they are going through a total rebuild of the dealership I still felt as an important customer .
