We received a fair deal and are very pleased with our purchase. Brian in finance was able to complete the paperwork in a relatively short time and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Although it took over 4 hours to complete the purchase, Scott was very accommodating and attentive the entire time. More

Not a happy service customer I have had 'Mercedes cars for over 20 years - 7 different have never purchased one from Smail as they could never beat deals elsewhere - especially Si I have had 'Mercedes cars for over 20 years - 7 different have never purchased one from Smail as they could never beat deals elsewhere - especially Sisson - but I have used their service due to location but never again I took my ML 350 in for yearly inspectin and service and was approached by the service advisor to buy an additive to prevent moisture problems in the tank caused by ethanol in fuel - I said no as I do not believe in this type of item - and asked if Mercedes required it and was told he hid not know - so I said no do not add it Upon picki.ng up I was in a hurry and did not look at the Bill til I was home - there was the $30 charge for the additive n the bill - I contacted the servic mgr by e-mail as they were asking for my follow up - to this date 3 weeks later I have heard nothing - just because. Drive a Benz does not mean I throw money down a hole - never again will I go there for anything! More

The man we spoke to sent I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! 2 weeks ago my husband and I were referred here to look at a used Acadia. The man we spoke to sent us to their Mercedes dealership to see the truck. We drove an hour from the North Hills of pittsburgh. Which was fine. Apparently no one knew we were coming. Fine again. So we spoke with a salesman (mark) and he did the application and I took the truck for a drive. He couldn't answer any questions regarding the vehicle. He had no idea. We informed the sales rep that both of our credit was in repair and had previously had a bad experience at Dodge dealership and were hoping that atleast someone would try working with us. So we submit our application and were told the finance guy (Brian) wouldn't be in until the next day. And it should take about a day to process. The next day he called to tell me I needed additional information. Which I ran around all day to gather and it was submitted. He also told me to come out in 2 days to finalize the loan. Well, come Monday I hadn't heard anything back. So I called and Brian told me he didn't even get to my application yet! Meanwhile 2 days prior he told me to come out there! He told me he was backed up but was going to try and have everything done that day. That was the last I heard. My husband and I left voicemails for both him and Mark the sales rep. And by Friday we still hadn't heard anything. Someone called Friday to check on our experience and I told him about the delay. He apologized and said he was making an appointment for me to go back to the Mercedes dealership on Monday to talk to another guy named Brian (a sales manager) I went out today and this guy had NO idea who I was or what I was there for! He pulled Mark for me. Who didn't even apologize for the delay or anything. He said I needed to go to the finance building. So I drove up and waited over an hour and half for Brian to do the financing. He came out of his office, while I waited in the waiting area. And infront of all the other sales reps began to tell me that my credit was too poor, and that there was nothing he was willing to do to help me. He insulted me by making me feel like I was stupid and that I screwed myself over with my current car because I was upside down on my loan. I was mortified and embarrassed of the way he talked to me. And then he stood up and said "well thanks for coming in I gotta get back to work, I'm busy." Didn't apologize for the delay. Didn't apologize that I drove close to an hour there on my day off for a conversation that could of taken place in a 5 minute phone conversation! I left this place feeling insulted and I cried as I drove off. I have never had an experience as poor as this! The ONLY reason im giving them 1 star is because I can't give 0. Sales people are rude and insulting and they have no problem wasting your time! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! More
