Very helpful I looked at cars on the lot for maybe 5 minutes before Troy approached and asked if I needed help. He knows what's on the lot and what each car has. I ended up keeping him past time, but never once did he make me feel rushed to leave. Price doesn't get 5 stars because it's a Mercedes; of course the price won't be great. More
