If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I had my GLC 300 aligned and inspected at a dealership in Murrysville, PA. Why would I need to pay for another alignment when I just had one done 3 days ago? They literally need to make 1 adjustment on my back tires and want to charge me 175.00. I have been a customer of this dealership for many years. My lease is up in less than a year and I will not be leasing another vehicle from this dealership. More

We ordered and purchased a new 2022 Mercedes from Smail Mercedes of Greensburg, Pa. We feel fortunate to have had an experienced sales consultant (Anthony P.) to assist us. We enjoyed an excellent experience throughout the entire process from the initial greeting upon entering the dealership to accepting delivery of our Mercedes. Anthony treated us with courtesy and respect. Anthony's extensive knowledge of Mercedes vehicles and their available options and the associated ordering process were the main contributing factors that convinced us to choose to purchase our Mercedes from Smail. His exemplary professionalism, attention to details and ability to translate unfamiliar terminology to words that we could comprehend was appreciated. We never felt any “sales pressure” to make any purchase. After performing due diligence and comparisons with other manufacturers' offerings, we chose a Mercedes for reasons including safety features, quality of workmanship and value. Mercedes allowed to choose options that were perfect for our specific needs. Again, Anthony excelled at making us feel comfortable. He actually listened to us as we voiced our concerns and questions, as he patiently addressed each to our complete satisfaction. Due to our desired customization and current supply chain problems, our vehicle had to be ordered from a Mercedes factory. Antony proactively kept us informed of each milestone events throughout the manufacturing and shipping processes. We were excited and perhaps a bit apprehensive when Anthony notified us that our vehicle had arrived at Smail Mercedes. We had purchased our current vehicle when it was new; but, that was 15 years ago. We realized that there would be a period of adjustment with our new Mercedes, especially with its current technological advancements and safety features. At delivery, Anthony was present to ensure that the vehicle completely met our satisfaction, to remind us of previously provided operational features and to help us gain confidence that we could easily adjust our new vehicle. We were pleased and pleasantly surprised that Smail Mercedes also provided a product specialist who shared his knowledge of the standard and unique (exterior and interior) features of our new vehicle. This specialist offered to assist us in customizing our chosen technological options. A few days after taking delivery, Anthony contacted us to see if we had any new questions. We did have some minor questions and these were answered to our complete satisfaction. We have not had our new 2022 Mercedes for a long time; however, we strongly believe that we made the correct choice for us and have had no issues at all with our new vehicle. We heartily recommend both the Smail Mercedes dealership and Anthony P. for your consideration, when you plan to purchase your next new or used vehicle. More
