They don’t listen to the customer. Their main goal is to sell additional services. I wanted a simple test to make sure nothing needed reset after getting a new battery. Was told would take 29 minutes to run the test. An hour later I asked what was going on . Was told they were done, he would get the paperwork. Another 15 minutes went by and I had to go after the guy again. Now he wanted to do an inspection that’s not due for 2 months. Do an oil change and B1 service. I told him I just want my car so I could leave. When I first arrived, I told them I was not feeling well and was on oxygen which the tank was good for 1 hour. I guess they would have paid more attention if I had passed out in their lounge. Maybe not because no one approached me the entire time I was back there by myself! More

This dealership is a pleasure to work with however the wait rime for service is sometimes long. I had service A performed on my CLK350 which is oil change and fluids and overall inspection and tire rotati wait rime for service is sometimes long. I had service A performed on my CLK350 which is oil change and fluids and overall inspection and tire rotation and a battery replacement (known two weeks before service was performed) and I waited 3 hrs for this to be completed. I stopped taking my car to Smail for basic state inspection due to long wait times of close to 2 hrs when local garages can have me in and out in under and hour at best.
