This dealership is a pleasure to work with however the wait rime for service is sometimes long. I had service A performed on my CLK350 which is oil change and fluids and overall inspection and tire rotati wait rime for service is sometimes long. I had service A performed on my CLK350 which is oil change and fluids and overall inspection and tire rotation and a battery replacement (known two weeks before service was performed) and I waited 3 hrs for this to be completed. I stopped taking my car to Smail for basic state inspection due to long wait times of close to 2 hrs when local garages can have me in and out in under and hour at best. Otherwise I’m very satisfied with the Serivce department and team More
