Servicd Experience - April 2, 2020 Dave was exceptional as usual. I was greeted when I arrived and told about how long the service would take. I was then invited to wait in the "lounge" Dave was exceptional as usual. I was greeted when I arrived and told about how long the service would take. I was then invited to wait in the "lounge" area where the TV was on and so was the coffee. At the end of the wait time, almost exactly as Dave had said, he came to get me, explained what they had done, and spent a few minutes just visiting. This is one of the reasons that it is so nice to go to But Clary of Yakima....the personal interactions....I do not feel like someone from whom money will be taken with no thought of a thank you. I do not know how many years I have been going to Bud Clary Toyota of Yakima, but you can rest assured that I will continue to do so and will tell my friends about the excellence of service offered.
