Quick, competent service I brought my two-year old car in for a regular oil change and a couple of recall items. The technicians checked my air filters and found both needed to be replaced, and they also adjusted the wheel alignment. All this was done in less than two hours (I had been told on the phone that it might take three) and was handled very professionally. April 2020 recall handled fine, but bad prior sale & service I have purchased 3 new Toyotas from Clary. 2002 and 2014 Tacomas and a 2020 RAV4. Recall for RAV4 engine block SN check, with Mike Walface, went we I have purchased 3 new Toyotas from Clary. 2002 and 2014 Tacomas and a 2020 RAV4. Recall for RAV4 engine block SN check, with Mike Walface, went well. Only unsatisfactory issue is that, for a recall, Toyota should pay mileage cost for trip(s) required. In my case I drove 60+ miles to complete the recall. Even IRS recognizes $0.57 average mileage cost. Mike said there was no way to compensate for mileage cost; I believe Toyota should compensate owners for time and mileage, as recalls are 100% Toyota's fault, not the owners fault. Previous, on this RAV4 new purchase, Nov 25, 2019, Three Clary sales staff lied to us several times. We will never trust Clary sales staff again. They are liars, and we tell friends the same. Also did not appreciate that our new tires and wheels were coated with some wet look spray; I'm sure overspray was on the brake rotors, At home, I spent an hour wiping the messy, excess spray off tires and wheels, but there was no way to clean the rotors. Spraying wheels and tires is really a stupid thing to do. Previous, two free oil changes for new 2014 Tacoma, Clary service overfilled 2/3 quart, both times. I had to syringe out excess oil myself, at home. Both times I complained to the service manager about this; he blamed Toyota Corp for making 4 liter engine that requires a fractional quart to fill. What BS. Thanks for the opportunity to rate your service. Mike did a good job on our recall, but as you can tell we have distrust from prior Clary experience. More

It’s always a pleasure to visit Bud Clary Toyota. The staff is very friendly and helpful, explaining all procedures and break down of costs.
