Chad Russell was our salesman and he did a great job finding what we wanted in a vehicle. Our 2011 Camary doesn't have the road noise like some of the other vehicle brands. Chad was also able to find finding what we wanted in a vehicle. Our 2011 Camary doesn't have the road noise like some of the other vehicle brands. Although there was nothing in stock there that matched my criteria, Brandon continued to be positive, offering to look for vehicles for me from other sources. We purchased two RAV4's the same month for my wife and I. Chad was laid back, professional and the total opposite of your typical salesman. I got out of school for two weeks on December 18. I'd scheduled a spot previously hopefully thinking they being the Toyota "Professionals" would be able to diagnose and repair an idling surge and a cooli scheduled a spot previously hopefully thinking they being the Toyota "Professionals" would be able to diagnose and repair an idling surge and a cooling problem before I had to go back to school. Well after a couple of days I get a call saying the head is warped and that's what's causing your cooling problem. After the service rep told me he could get a used head for $700 I called B.S. on that and found a new one on my own for half that. I had it there in 2 days and after it was installed the truck was still overheating. Received another call saying that they just didn't think that radiator was working and that I needed a new one. Well a new radiator didn't solve the problem either. By this time I'm starting to run out of Christmas vacation and am starting to freak out a little bit and to their credit they set me up in a rental car free of charge. OK this is after the first of the year now and the following week I get a call saying they have tested everything and had a shop-wide meeting discussing what was wrong and that everybody thinks that the engine block is bad. Great! They can get a short-block for $2500. B.S. I found a reman for $875 but it would take a week to get here. At this time they quit paying for the rental car. The short block finally arrives and it takes 3 days days to install. I finally get the truck back on January 18, one month after I dropped it off and what do think happened? Some one had removed the stereo face plate while it was in their shop. Here again Toyota stepped up and replaced with stereo with a new one. A new one with half the features of my original one. From the time I got the truck back I still have the exact same cooling problem I took it in there for. The surging idle is intermittent now. So in the world of dollars and cents, they repaired half the idling problem for about $5500 out of my pocket. In my mind they are idiots or theives; and that's not even counting the ridicule I receive when I tell about letting them do it. More
I was promised $16,000 for my trade-in by Bruce at the used car lot on 1st. Once I researched the cars they had at the lot and decided which car I wanted to buy, I went in to negotiate the price. I was then told I would now only be getting $14,500 for my trade-in because I didn't want to pay $1,500 more than what they were asking for the car I wanted to buy. Bruce was conveniently no where to be found. This company clearly does not care about keeping their word to customers and i would suggest doing business elsewhere. More
