We took out first trip to Toyota of Yakima in search for a used 4runner. We am from the Tri-Cities and since there were no used 4runners, We decided to make the drive in the snow to go see the car I had se a used 4runner. Aside from meeting the best sales person we have ever come in contact with, Angel Garcia, the finance specialist came and introduced himself personally! We were shocked and surprised that they would make it so personal and comfortable for us. Spencer (finance specialist) let us know step by step how the finance world works and with the excellent help of Angel, Spencer offered us a great deal on a 4runner! God Bless Angel and Spencer for the time and effort made to make us feel comfortable and make us the deal of a lifetime on am amazing 4runner. I went to Toyota for a charity event. I saw a mini van that I really liked. I used to hate the idea of buying a car, but this is the second vehicle I have purchased from Toyota of Yakima and would be happy to return again. Also, these guys really do care about Yakima's community. Last year, they gave away a free new bicycle and safety helmet to EVERY kid in the Yakima School District that had perfect attendance. More

When I came to Bud Clary Toyota of Yakima to buy a car I was pleasantly surprised to have such a great car buying experience. Not only was I treated with respect, the prices and car quality surpassed my exp was pleasantly surprised to have such a great car buying experience. My salesman Oscar was beyond fabulous answering any questions and making sure all my needs and concerns were met with detailed attention. Left Vacuum lines off my rav4 and tried to tell us the map sensor was bad. Took it home and found the unplugged vacuum line. Plugged it back in and it ran fine. Found the EGR Vacuum switching valve that map sensor was bad. Took it home and found the unplugged vacuum line. Plugged it back in and it ran fine. Found the EGR Vacuum switching valve that they did replace had just been tie wrapped to some hoses under the intake manifold, and not bolted to the engine like it was suppose to. I was not expecting such shotty work from a dealership. They did refund my money. Would not go back for service. But we are in Yakima where everything is second rate, so I guess its par for the course. More
I was in the market for a vehicle, and I knew i wanted a crossover style. Brand was not as important as comfort, vehicle condition, price, etc. I went to Bud Clary as my fourth stop, and Oscar, the s crossover style. We worked a deal that afternoon. They are very respectful and professional. One hour and i'm out the door a very happy customer. I also discovered they greatly help our local community, with a humane society adoption cage, and bicycles for grade schools kids (PACE program). They have an awesome customer lounge, and it just feels comfortable. It was my first time in the dealership, but not the last. This is where I will go next time. Barry M. Yakima WA More

Doug Case was the salesman and he is very knowledgeable, patient, able to explain the ins and outs of each auto and just a good person. He was not high pressure at all; took a lot of time with us and KNEW about what he was selling, unlike some other dealerships where the salespeople did not know the difference between the SE and LE models in the Camry. They matched the price of another dealer that was farther away and worked to get our business. I would definitely purchase from them again. I hate dealing with car dealers but these guys are respectable and straight forward. It's a quality organization. At the end of our buying experience Doug spent a long time with us (even though he was off his shift) to go over the radio and sync our phones to the car's Bluetooth and to make sure we knew all about our new car. Kudos to Doug Case for being a quality salesman! More
The day after having an oil change, my husband noticed oil leaking from under my Rave. I called the service department and was connected to Doug. Wow! What great service I received from him. He did not want me to drive to the dealership, instead he sent a mechanic to my house in Zillah to access the problem. The car was fixed in my driveway with a lot of apologies for my inconvenience. My driveway and garage floor were cleaned of all leaking oil and all fluids in the car were topped off. I also received a phone call later in the day,by Doug, to make sure everything was ok. I have never received anything but great service at your dealership, but today it was nothing short of amazing. Thank you so much.
