I came in at 3:45 p without an appointment. Several people approached me with smiles and wanting to help me with my car's problem. Great Customer Service Brought my 15 ToyotaRav4 in for service, usually deal with Lowell Leonard but he has since Retired our new Service rep is Michael W.
