I have had two scheduled appointments where I have been waiting at the dealership for two hours when a representative comes and tells me they don’t have the part and I will need to come back at a later dat waiting at the dealership for two hours when a representative comes and tells me they don’t have the part and I will need to come back at a later date They were not prepared or organized and they made me waste my time , energy and money. I enjoy the representatives in the service department. They are nice and are professional but my two bad experiences are not an acceptable way to run a department/dealership. More
