I went in looking for a very specific vehicle right before winter hit and the staff was amazing and friendly. Kevin went above and beyond for me and my wife tracking down a Tacoma for us. He found one before winter hit and the staff was amazing and friendly. Kevin went above and beyond for me and my wife tracking down a Tacoma for us. He found one and had it shipped right over! My old car was broken down so Kevin drove the new Tacoma to my work, picked me up, and got the paper work done fast! I was out with my new Tacoma in less than an hour! I will definitely be back to Bud Clary Toyota in Moses Lake. More
I took my 2014 Toyota Camry that I purchased in 2014 from Bud Clary. In for a transmission problem. It has 62000 miles on it .My wife and I were experiencing transmission lag when shifting from park to rever Bud Clary. In for a transmission problem. It has 62000 miles on it .My wife and I were experiencing transmission lag when shifting from park to reverse and shifting from reverse to drive before the vehicle would engage and move. A $140 diagnosis fee to tell it was not throwing a code but the problem does exist. Recommended a $350 power transmission flush. Did that, Problem did not resolve. Recommended a new valve body replacement for $4000 plus tax or a new transmission for $7800 plus tax. Called a Toyota dealership in Spokane and was quoted a new valve body replacement for $2800 plus tax not $4000 plus tax or a new transmission for $5400 plus tax, not $7800 plus tax. I do not recommend Bud Clary Toyota service department in Moses Lake nor will I ever have any work done there again. My frustration is Spokane toyota can reolace the transmission for $2400 cheaper. More

I liked the vehicle and decided to purchase it, then drove it 100 miles home. Well... I filled the tank up, and went home. Went to go to the store, and had a prob with the fob. Changed the battery but it didn't solve the issue. Car had no power from the battery. Jumped it and took the cable off and it died. So less than 200 miles on it, and my new car is broken. 😒 ( This has a happy ending though. ) Jason had someone bring me a loaner, and trailered my car to the lot. (100 mile trip each way) The battery, and alternator went out. They repaired it and also looked at the brakes. They still had life, but decided to change the pads for me too. All on their dime. So... Now I have a very good opinion of Bud Clary. It was good before, cause Jess was super cool, made it easy. But they went above and beyond to make sure I have a dependable vehicle, and to make sure it was safe for my fam and I. I will be back for sure. If you are in the market, go see them. Our salesman was very friendly, easy to talk to, and determined to help us get into the exact car we wanted. It was a much quicker process then we originally thought it would be. When I went in to pick my vehicle up it was a great stress free experience. It was quick and I was on my way with my new truck. Absolutely AWFUL customer service and communication!!!! I had to call them to find information out when they would tell me that they would get ahold of me as soon as they found out anything! They told me I was approved initially for certain down payment and monthly payment just to tell me that they never had said that, saying that’s what I had requested even though the “approval” was way more then what I initially told them I could do. They ended telling me after 5 days that because I had just switched jobs after all that wasting my time that the bank wasn’t going to approve me even thought the prior couple days Sam the salesperson kept asking me each day when could I come by and sign papers, that she had the car up front with both sets of keys and then I was LITERALLY almost there and she tells me oh wait we have to fix a few things come tomorrow! Please don’t waste your time with this place, I tried to give my business locally but NEVER again will they have a shot at that!!! More

I asked that if the bill was going to be over $300.00 I should be called before the service is done. Instead when I called 2 hours later I was informed that the service that was done would cost over $500.0 should be called before the service is done. Instead when I called 2 hours later I was informed that the service that was done would cost over $500.00 that is quite a bit over $300.00. They offered me a plan where I could pay over a period of time. I agreed to this plan but my have not agreed to the service had I known the cost of service. I have been informed of local mechanics that can provide the same service for less than the initial $300.00 price tag that Bud clary would offer. From now on, on the actual work order I will state Bud Clary should call if order is over xxxx amount of dollars . I will be more cautious from now on. I feel dissapointed in Bud Clary. More
