Waited all day for my scheduled service and did not get any service done. I left my car early in the morning at 9. My appointment was at 915 and I called and texted throughout the day and did not get any c any service done. I left my car early in the morning at 9. My appointment was at 915 and I called and texted throughout the day and did not get any communication back. When I went to see what was going on my car was still outside and had not been serviced. My expected service time was from 45 min to 4 hours but they didn't let me know that service was running behind so I could explore other options. More
