Major overhaul $5,000 on my 9 year old legacy It was a lot of money and took ten days (lots of parts to order) but Heidi was great keeping me informed. I live 100 miles or so from the dealer so th It was a lot of money and took ten days (lots of parts to order) but Heidi was great keeping me informed. I live 100 miles or so from the dealer so they gave me a loaner for the ten days. This was the second time I had major work done at the dealer, and my 100,000 mile Legacy and it now runs and handles like a brand new car, I should get some more great years of Love from this Subaru. Everyone was great, professional friendly. I was the difficult one to deal with. More

Quickly arranged to fix our "extra car" to visit Longview. Service writer Gretchen (?) scheduled quickly to have a mechanic install a missing belt, so we had a car to use while awaiting a re-call fix. Positive staff and service Police stopped me because brake / tail light was not working. When I stopped by service dept., they were unable to help me that day, but suggested a Police stopped me because brake / tail light was not working. When I stopped by service dept., they were unable to help me that day, but suggested a time the next day when they could work me in. Heidi even wrote up an appointment card, in case I got stopped again. Next day, while waiting for repair, I was impressed by how all the staff I overheard were positive, friendly, and helpful with the clients. More
