Worst Experience Ever Went into dealership to buy 2017 Outback. Agreed on value of vehicle. Called dealer where vehicle was being sold at to see if still available. Said he Went into dealership to buy 2017 Outback. Agreed on value of vehicle. Called dealer where vehicle was being sold at to see if still available. Said he would get back to me. Called me back and said vehicle still there but price was now $3100 more than what we had agreed upon. We came back with a counter offer. Said he would get back to us in an hour as he was with a customer. Would have to check with his general manager. Never heard from David Killion or anyone from Bud Clary ever again. More
Above and Beyond! David Killion and the team (including Kevin!!) are super troopers! I drove up to Longview from Vancouver to hopefully purchase an Outback. I wasn't David Killion and the team (including Kevin!!) are super troopers! I drove up to Longview from Vancouver to hopefully purchase an Outback. I wasn't trading in my car (sold it privately) and wasn't planning to purchase the car that day. I made the deal and David went out of his way to come down to Vancouver the next day to get me and take me back up to Longview to pick up the car. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in going over the manual and the car itself. The car I purchased came from another dealer via a dealer trade and the spare keys were not sent with the car and ended up getting lost in the mail. David arranged for Kevin to bring me a loaner car while he took my car back to the dealership to program a new set of spare keys for me. Talk about service!!!! More

When I ordered it I had no idea that when it came close for it to come in that my salesman would contact me with updates almost daily. When it came in I got a picture sent to me! Best service ever from my salesman David Killion "DK". I would recommend this dealership and this salesperson to everyone I know. "Customer Care" My wife and I had been working with another dealership on a particular Subaru Outback when we were told that the vehicle was not actually available an My wife and I had been working with another dealership on a particular Subaru Outback when we were told that the vehicle was not actually available and that there was not another one with the same specs .We called Bud Clary and spoke with Ryan and explained our situation. Within twenty minutes Dave Killion called back and said that he had located the exact vehicle that we wanted. We met with Dave and agreed on the particulars. We were told that the Outback would be ready an specific day and when we arrived it was exactly what we wanted. We were very pleased with the prompt service, preparation of the vehicle and caring attitude of all of the employees that helped to make this a very pleasant experience More

They responded that they would match any pri My experience with Bud Clary Subaru started with an internet request for prices on a new Subaru Outback. They responded that they would match any printed price. After a few emails' I made an appointment to purchase the car When I showed up the internet sales assistant was not there, the sales manager was not there, The car was not there. Only a sale person who was involved at the beginning of this process. He tried to piece together the deal. They were going to price match the car I sent them the specs for. Come to find out the car they were going to trade for did not have the options I had provided they the comparison cost for. After configuring those option the sales person consulted with the sales manager, over the phone, and told me he could not sell me the car as promised. I left disappointed. I will not do business with Bud Clary again. They can not be trusted. I would not recommend this dealership More
