Within twenty minutes Dave Killion called back and said that he had located the exact vehicle that we wanted. We met with Dave and agreed on the particulars. We were told that the Outback would be ready an specific day and when we arrived it was exactly what we wanted. We were very pleased with the prompt service, preparation of the vehicle and caring attitude of all of the employees that helped to make this a very pleasant experience More

After a few emails' I made an appointment to purchase the car When I showed up the internet sales assistant was not there, the sales manager was not there, The car was not there. Only a sale person who was involved at the beginning of this process. He tried to piece together the deal. They were going to price match the car I sent them the specs for. Come to find out the car they were going to trade for did not have the options I had provided they the comparison cost for. After configuring those option the sales person consulted with the sales manager, over the phone, and told me he could not sell me the car as promised. I left disappointed. I will not do business with Bud Clary again. They can not be trusted. I would not recommend this dealership More
