First service experience I bought my Subaru from your competitor in Vancouver Washington. BIG Mistake, I scheduled my first service there and arrived to be told I didn't have I bought my Subaru from your competitor in Vancouver Washington. BIG Mistake, I scheduled my first service there and arrived to be told I didn't have an appointment Even though I had a confirmation #. I said OK how much is and oil change. I was quoted $70 plus tax, I asked if that included a tire rotation and was told no that is $25 plus tax. I was outraged, My Acura that is service by Dick Hannah is only $70 out the door for both. Asked to speak to a manager and now 5 weeks later still no contact. I called Bud Clary Subaru for service and was told you have a service special that includes 3 oil changes, 3 tire rotations and 3 car washes for $125 plus tax. Needless to say I booked my appointment. I arrived and was immediately greeted and Heidi took my information, Shannon took over and I was in and out in under an hour and treated like a king. Great service, everyone smiling and so helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bud CLary Subaru in Longview. Definetly worth the extra 10 minutes drive from my home. More
