Took our 2018 wrangler unlimited in for the clutch recall first off it took longer than expected only to find out the tech crushed a wiring connector they called on the 2nd day and said they will need to get first off it took longer than expected only to find out the tech crushed a wiring connector they called on the 2nd day and said they will need to get us a rental. a few hours later they had a 2wd mini van for us that was not going to work for out trip over the pass. So next they said they could now solder up the connector and have it done today. On the way home my wife noticed an exhaust leak and sure enough the rear clamp was over tightened and the pipe was not fully under it. the service writer i texted with said no problem bring it back he was gone today and his replacement wanted me to make an appointment it is now thursday 4 days into out 7 hour job. i was a ASE gas and diesel master tech in the past and went home and pulled it into the shop only to find all kinds of damaged and torn heat shield's 6 of the 7 wiring clips broken on the wiring harness. it happens but should be replaced and the parts department should have them so as too not leave the wiring harness laying on the trans to rub through at a later date past the warranty i'm sure. The non lock nuts on the exhaust flanges finger tight the aft clamp really crooked and the pipe under it only half way in so two of the three flanges had large leaks . I have pictures it's really bad no mechanic at a dealership should be this bad. so now i feel like my jeep is worse off than before the recall. I will find the clips myself and never set foot in a bud clary dealership or service shop again. Also on a side note bud clary ford had my mustang gt in for warranty work for 3 months same story 2200 bucks and it turned out to be what i said it was and was under warranty after all but it took a call to ford corp to get it fixed and i traded it for this jeep the day i got it back. And my 2018 f350 had warranty work done for oil leaks and i need to redo it also 2yrs and 13000 miles later because they used the old CCV valve again or never updated it per the recall in the first place and to think i was going to look at a new ram diesel dually today while they tightened a few bolts they left loose sure glad i looked myself. stay clear of all bud clary dealer's in moses lake they must be run by the same management. More

He was able to fix my contract for me working over the phone and through email. If you get the chance to work with Kevin or Sam do it! More
I had a very awful experience with Jessica Craig. She wasted my whole day, took a credit card deposit which she guaranteed would “hold the car” while working with another customer at the same time for th wasted my whole day, took a credit card deposit which she guaranteed would “hold the car” while working with another customer at the same time for the same car. Working in sales I understand it is important to hit your numbers, but that doesn’t require you to be dishonest and shady with your customers. She left us hanging and would not return our calls or text messages to let us know she sold the car to someone else. We were ready to buy that day, but she didn’t seem to have the time of day to help us find another car. Thankfully we were able to go to Rairdon’s in Kirkland and able to purchase exactly what we wanted that day. The entire team there was honest, helpful, and very efficient. It was definitely worth the driving a little bit longer to work with a quality team. Stay away from Jessica if you would like to work with a honest sales person. More
Samantha was my salesperson for the 2nd time! My first car was an emergency and she got me exactly what I needed at the time. When I was able to start looking for more of a want than a need we kept our ey car was an emergency and she got me exactly what I needed at the time. When I was able to start looking for more of a want than a need we kept our eyes open for the next several years!! My goals were all of a sudden her goals. She checked in with me to encourage me to keep working hard for what I was wanting. Now I have this beautiful truck and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. Thank you so much again you know how much this has meant to me. 10 stars if I could give it!! More

Brought my truck in for some recall work to be done. The work was fast and efficiently and staff was friendly and incredibly helpful and gave me a run down of a out few things other items that needed be ser work was fast and efficiently and staff was friendly and incredibly helpful and gave me a run down of a out few things other items that needed be serviced, although I declined the extra work, they were not pushy about getting them done, and did not do the extra repairs without consent like I have experienced with other shops. Ordered parts for two vehicles to complete recall work two weeks ago. Never got a phone call they arrived to set up appointment. I called them and the parts apparently arrived and they scheduled me in right away. I used the the ovenight vehicle key drop box, very convenient. The customer service was exceptional at that point. Made quick work of the maintenance of the recall work and the communication of completion was great. The gentlemen at the desk were friendly and helpful. Angel, back in parts was great. Ordered some parts for my truck with a great attitude. Got the parts the next day. Overall interaction was positive. Thanks More
