I told him exactly what we were looking for, he found the car and then they gave us a great deal. We had looked at a couple other dealerships and they thought we were lying when we told them the price we were given. From start to finish, the entire staff was helpful and straight forward without all the dealership negativity most people are used to seeing or hearing about. Even the finance team, Dana (Not sure if that is how his name is written), was super helpful and willing to work with how I wanted the final numbers to look. I brought my Tucson in for an oil change, the next day there was a leak under my car and oil on the underside from the engine halfway to the rear end. I bought a car, being led to believe there was 1 previous owner. After 2 years of multiple issues requiring warranty work, I discovered that it was a rental car. I would NOT have bought this car if I had been informed. Also, I have had 2 times when I called to schedule service when I reached only a message machine, asking me to leave my name and number. I left a message twice, but never received a return call. I took my car to Kendall Hyundai in Vancouver. They weren't able to fix the problem (you didn't either), but at least I was able to get an appointment. I will never recommend Bud Clary. More
